Panic attack sufferer easing back into sports – howto without exertion?

I have been having panic and anxiety attacks since quite some time, usually related with me thinking my heart is pumping too hard. I would like to overcome this, and have decided to start sports. How do I ease into it, so I do not overexert myself and crash back into an anxiety attack.

How do you get rid of everyday shortness of breath, dizzyness, headaches from a panic attack sufferer?
