Is it normal to have really bloodshot, red and puffy eyes after a panic attack?
I have been having panic attacks at least once a night for the last 2 weeks and i always wake up from them with bloodshot eyes. The next morning i get swollen redness arround my eye. Is bloodshot eyes after a panic attack normal????
