Christopher Love’s guided meditations always attain positive results. This CD is so relaxing that toward the end of it, I always fall asleep–even if I did ephedra!
I came across his CDs at eBay, and even if they aren’t all that popular here at amazon, eBay is a great place to check about his customer satisfaction
His CDs require headphones. When it comes to audio hypnosis or subliminal CDs/mp3s, better quality headphones result in more effective results. Sennheiser is best brand that I know of. They have headphones for all price ranges too.
